I build marketing functions that actually work. My background is in turning marketing into a real revenue driver rather than a line item someone debates at budget time. That usually means getting the strategy and the infrastructure right at the same time: brand, attribution, tech stack, and the team culture to hold it all together. I've done it at companies going through mergers, hypergrowth, and everything in between. Right now I'm VP of Marketing at The Providence Groups, a multi-brand family office portfolio. I built the attribution system for PRS Global that surfaced $460K in qualified pipeline in a single quarter and cut the sales cycle by three months. I also rearchitected our martech stack around HubSpot and AI workflow automation — saving $65K annually and giving us a cleaner read on channel performance. Before this I scaled MQL growth 500% YoY at Bridgenext while managing the martech consolidation through a 2,500-person merger. I've also been on the brand side — a GTM launch I led hit 1.2M impressions in three weeks, and we grew service revenue 43% the same year. The number I'm probably most proud of: I inherited a team with 60% annual turnover and got it to zero.
