Lovebetter is seeking a Growth Intelligence & AI Analyst to build a data-driven steering system for marketing. This role bridges Business Intelligence, CRM, AI, and Growth experiments. You will be responsible for building KPI reporting systems, developing growth hypotheses, identifying CRM reactivation levers, and using AI to identify patterns in content performance and customer journeys. The goal is to move from gut-feeling marketing to a systematic revenue-marketing engine.
